Client Services Executive

Salary: £20-£25k dependent on experience
Location: Work from home
Hours: Full time (Flexible and part-time working patterns will be considered)

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can work as part of a team and on their own in a fast moving and busy client services department. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an arts organisation's marketing department, have great communication skills, have fantastic attention to detail, have a good eye for design, love all things digital and have great organisational skills.

A good working knowledge of the Spektrix Box Office system would be advantageous.

Duties include:

− Managing client support issues and queries

− Liaising with the development team to solve issues

− Updating clients about new features and enhancements

− Project & enhancements management

− Updating the company website with the latest project information
